Your 3-year Quoya warranty.

Every Quoya smart curtain track is built to last and backed by a 3-year warranty covering all parts. If something stops working as it should, we'll put it right — fast.

What's covered

Your 3-year warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship under normal home use — the motor, gearbox, remote, track sections and fittings. If a covered part fails, we'll repair or replace it free of charge.

What's not covered

  • Accidental damage, drops or liquid damage
  • Damage from installation or use outside our guide
  • Normal wear and cosmetic marks from everyday use

Cut your drive belt too short during install? That's not a fault — but message us anyway and we'll send a replacement belt free, as a one-off. Short a few gliders? Same: tell us how many and they ship free.

How to make a claim

Most Quoya tracks are bought on Amazon®, so the quickest route depends on when the fault shows up:

  • Within Amazon's return window — the fastest fix is through Amazon. Go to Your Orders → Return or replace items and Amazon will sort a replacement or refund right away.
  • Outside Amazon's window, but within 3 years — email support@quoyaliving.com with your warranty number (or Amazon order number) and a short photo or video of the fault. We'll send the right replacement part out free — no need to return the whole track.
  • Bought from another retailer — contact them for returns; for warranty parts, email us and we'll help.

Register your warranty

Registering isn't required for your warranty to apply — but it puts your details on file, so if you ever need us your claim is faster. Scan the QR code in your manual, or register online.

Your statutory rights

This warranty is provided by Quoya Living Limited and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer — it does not affect them.
