quoyaliving.com is operated by Quoya Living Limited, a company registered in England & Wales. You can contact us any time at support@quoyaliving.com or via our contact page.

2. These terms

These are the terms on which we sell products to you. By placing an order through quoyaliving.com you confirm you've read, understood and agreed to them. Please read them carefully before ordering.

3. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy from us. We confirm receipt of your order by email — this is acknowledgement, not acceptance. A binding contract forms only when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched. We reserve the right to decline any order, for example if a product is out of stock, mispriced or unavailable in your region.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices shown on the site are in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout — UK mainland delivery is free. Payment is taken at the point of order via our payment processor; we do not store full card details. If a price is obviously incorrect (e.g. listed at a fraction of normal value), we may cancel the order and refund in full.

5. Delivery

Delivery times, shipping methods and tracking are described on our delivery page. Risk of loss passes to you when the goods are delivered. If you'd like to change a delivery address after ordering, contact us as soon as possible — we'll do our best, but can't promise once the parcel has been collected.

6. Your right to cancel (consumer right)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. The product must be returned in its original, unused condition with all packaging. Once we receive it we'll refund the full purchase price and standard outbound shipping within 14 days. Return postage is your responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

7. Warranty

All Quoya smart curtain tracks come with a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery. Register your warranty and access personalised install guides at quoyaliving.com/installation. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

8. Faulty products

If your product is faulty or doesn't match its description, you have the statutory rights set out in the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 — including the right to a repair, replacement or refund depending on when the fault appears. Please contact us before returning anything so we can guide you through the fastest fix.

9. Liability

Our liability to you for any loss or damage arising from an order is limited to the price you paid for the product, except where the law does not allow us to limit liability (such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or breach of your statutory consumer rights). Nothing in these terms affects your rights as a consumer.

10. Intellectual property

All content on quoyaliving.com — including product photos, video, copy, the Quoya name and the Quoya logo — is owned by Quoya Living Limited or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the version published on quoyaliving.com at the time you placed it.
