Delivery & shipping.

UK delivery

• Free standard shipping on every order to mainland UK addresses.
• Dispatch: next working day for orders placed before 2pm GMT.
• Transit time: typically 2–3 working days by tracked courier (DPD or Royal Mail Tracked).
• Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland may add 1–2 working days.
• You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is collected.

International shipping

We ship to most of Europe via tracked international courier. Shipping fees and lead times are calculated at checkout based on your address — usually 4–7 working days for EU destinations.

Tracking your order

Once dispatched you'll get an email with a live tracking link. If you haven't received it within 24 hours of ordering, please check your spam folder or message us — we'll forward the tracking number straight away.

Late or damaged parcels

If a parcel hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, or arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and we'll resolve it immediately — either by sending a replacement or refunding the order in full.
