A battery curtain track is a full motorised track that runs on a rechargeable battery, so you need no wiring and no socket near the window. It suits windows where running a cable is awkward, and it takes hook curtains rather than clipping onto a rod.

- No. A battery track needs no wiring.
- How long does the battery last?
- On the Quoya QL600 Battery, up to 6 months per charge, depending on track size, curtain weight and how often it runs.
- How do I charge it?
- With the USB-C cable provided and a standard 5V USB plug. Do not use fast chargers.
- Does it work with Apple Home?
- The QL600 Battery does not. It works with Siri through the Smart Life app. For Apple Home, choose the QL600 Matter, which is mains powered.
