Pro:

-Easy clip on ceiling brackets

-Custom opening position (You can set a custom open position if you don’t want the curtains to open to the end)

Con:

-Track joiners are on show

-Not coated- Aluminium colour

-Wall brackets are fixed and not adjustable.

 

AT5810

Pro:

-20% more powerful motor than QL500 motor. 20% quieter motor.

-completely no show hidden track joiner.

-Thin slimline ceiling brackets

-White coated- white colour

-Have a 63 channel advance remote controller. Can control 63 motors together and separately.

Con:

-ceiling brackets are not clip on.

-wall brackets not included. But the wall brackets purchased separately is adjustable. You can increase or decrease the distance of the track from the wall.

-Cannot set custom opening position (You can however create this effect by using more runners to change the opening position)

 

QL600(Same track as AT5810 with new ceiling clip design)

Pro:

-20% more powerful motor than QL500 motor. 20% quieter motor.

-completely no show hidden track joiner.

-New hidden ceiling clips: Mounting and dismounting is much easier. Also a fully hidden design. The ceiling bracket is the same width as the track which means when installed, it will not be on show.

-White coated- white colour

EX500:

Pro:

-Simply pull to size installation. Quick 5 min track installation.

Con:

-Limited size available only.

-Motor is 20% weaker than QL500 motor.

-Motor does not have hotspot pairing. Pairing to the Tuya app might be more difficult for Mesh routers.

Installation

Contact our support team via email, phone, facebook messenger or whatsapp. We will try to get back to you as soon as possible. We can even schedule a video call to guide you step by step with the installation.

Most our customers can install the track without any issues by following our installation videos.

You will need a drill for drilling holes and a screw driver for securing the track brackets.

You are protected by our installation promise. Contact us and we will send a replacement belt free of charge.

Returns

You have 60 days to try our products. If you are unsatisfied with our products, you can request a refund within 60 days of making a purchase.

Simply send an email to our support team requesting a return along with your order number. We will take care of the rest by arranging a return collection. We promise a simple and easy return process.

Shipping

All deliveries will be shipped via Amazon Logistics. Most UK deliveries will arrive within 1-2 working days.

No, all UK deliveries are free of charge. Delivery will take 1-2 working days.

You can cancel the order online or email support team. We will try to stop the order immediately. If unsuccessful, please accept the order and we will arrange a return collection free of charge

Warranty

Once you receive your order, scan the QR code for warranty registration or email our support team. All products come with a 3 year warranty guarantee.

It covers all faults including water damage, wear and tear. If your product is not working as expected within the first 3 years of making your purchase. We will replace the part free of charge. 

Note: Any modification to our motor will immediately void warranty.

If you discover a fault in our products within the first 3 years of making a purchase. You can email us with a picture or video of the fault. Our support team will take care of the rest.
